SmartPay plans are available for heating oil and propane accounts. To calculate your monthly payment, we use your delivery history to estimate the total number of gallons you will need for the year. We then combine the cost of your predicted fuel usage with the cost of any service agreements you are enrolled in to estimate your monthly payment. There is no cost to enroll in this program! *

What if at the end of the heating season you have a credit on your account?

You don’t need to worry; you can always request a refund of the remaining balance. If you decide to leave the credit on your account.

What if you use more fuel than predicted for the heating season?

Each month your account is evaluated to determine if your actual fuel usage will exceed your predicted fuel usage for the heating season. If you are using more fuel than originally predicted, Client Care will work with you to adjust your monthly payment, for the remaining months of your budget plan, to match your actual fuel usage. If any additional monies are owed at the end of the 12-month period, there will be a settle up before starting the next 12-month cycle.
